President and CEO Mark Lieberman has over twenty years executive experience. As Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for New Alliance Corporation, an investment bank specializing in emerging markets, he was responsible for all financial operations including treasury and mutual fund. Other responsibilities included strategic planning, institutional and strategic relations, risk management and process improvement. New Alliance had an annual volume of over $15 billion. Previous to his employment with New Alliance Mr. Lieberman was an International Banker with the Israel Discount Bank of New York. Dr. Lieberman teaches Technical Entrepreneurship at USC, Startegy and Management Fundamentals in the Master of Arts program in Organization Management at Antioch University, Los Angeles. He has completed his doctoral studies in Organization Change at Pepperdine University and concluded his dissertation titled, "An Electronic Based Learning Tool for Strategy and Strategic Thinking." Dr. Lieberman holds an MBA from the Presidential/Key Executive Program at Pepperdine University and a B.A. in Political Science from City College of New York. Dr. Lieberman is a member of the Pasadena Angels and Tech Coast Angels. Recent Projects Strategy – Developed a strategic thinking model for use in strategy formation and instruction.
